State Representative Mark White
Tennessee State Representative Mark White was elected to serve District 83 of the Tennessee State House of Representatives by special election in January, 2010 and is currently serving his fourth term in the Tennessee General Assembly.
Rep. White currently serves as Chairman of the House Education Subcommittee, Chairman of the Fiscal Review Committee, Co-Chairs the Second Look Commission that oversees severe child abuse cases, and serves on the House Consumer and Resources Committee. Rep. White's main focus is economic development and education reform and has carried numerous bills in support of this focus.
Mark and his wife, Kathy, have been married 34 years, and are residents of Memphis. They have one daughter and son in law, Bonny and Mike Osterhage of San Antonio, Tx, and two grandsons, Jack and Ty.
