MEMPHIS, Tenn., Sept. 19, 2019 – Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) is displaying artwork from the students at Madonna Learning Center. The school empowers children and adults with disabilities by providing a nurturing faith-based educational and social environment. The artwork will remain in the Paragon Saddle Creek Banking Center (7600 Poplar Avenue) throughout the month of September.
“This month, we are thrilled to exhibit artwork from the creative students of Madonna Learning Center,” said Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank. “We look forward to seeing our banking center transform with the masterful art created by the youth in our community.”
Each year, Madonna Learning Center enrolls approximately 75 children and young adults ages 4 to 30+. Students in its program are given individualized creative challenges that meet personal needs and capabilities.
Paragon partnered with Natalie Harmeier, an art teacher at Madonna Learning Center, to receive artwork from the visual arts program. The pieces feature florals with watercolor accents, exemplifying the creative expression that all students demonstrate through their participation in the art-making process.
