MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 16, 2019 – Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) today announced the appointment of Vanessa Taylor as Vice President of Consumer Banking, Thomas Carlisle as Credit Analyst and Lauren Gibson as Financial Services Associate. Taylor reports to Carol McConkey, Senior Vice President and Senior Consumer Banking Officer; Carlisle reports to Mike Edwards, President and Chief Operating Officer; and Gibson reports to Chuck Crabtree, Assistant Vice President.

As Vice President of Consumer Banking, Taylor is responsible for managing the mortgage experience for customers who purchase and refinance with Paragon Bank. This includes ongoing communication and processing duties. Taylor is also a Certified Financial Planner. She most recently worked as a private banking relationship manager for high net worth individuals. Taylor received a Bachelor of Business Administration in sales and marketing from the University of Memphis.
Serving as Credit Analyst, Carlisle works with the bank’s commercial relationship managers to identify and assist customers with loan and other banking solutions. Previously, Carlisle worked as a private client relationship manager and legislative assistant. He holds FINRA (Series 7 and 63) and NIPR (Life and Health Insurance) licenses. Carlisle received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
As a Financial Services Associate, Gibson delivers trusted financial advice and a high level of customer value by matching Paragon Bank products and services to customer needs and goals. As an FSA, she proactively monitors ongoing customer needs and market trends. Prior to joining Paragon Bank, she worked at a local retail establishment and is an active member of the community.
