Paragon Bank Appoints New Vice President of Commercial Lending and Senior Vice President of Mortgage Loans

Memphis, Tenn., August 20, 2020 – Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) today announced the appointment of William Wilson Pace as Vice President of Commercial Lending and Anne Richards as Senior Vice President of Mortgage. Pace reports to Gordin McMurty, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Richards reports to Kin Kinney, Oxford Market President.

As Vice President of Commercial Lending, Pace is responsible for commercial lending, with additional duties dealing with investment portfolios, government guaranteed lending, commercial real estate and secondary markets. Pace’s previous positions include Land Acquisitions and Development Manager and, most recently, Senior Vice President Head of Government Guaranteed Loan Trading. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Birmingham Southern College.
As SVP of Mortgage Loans, Richards is tasked with mortgage loan production and originating mortgage loans. Richards has over 40 years of experience in various areas of the mortgage banking industry in Memphis, which includes loan origination, processing, closing and construction lending. She prides herself on creating and maintaining a diverse and productive office environment. In her previous roles, Richards served as a Regional Manager of Mortgage Production and a Regional Mortgage Manager for two well-known local banks. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis.
