SOCIAL DISTANCING ONBOARD
Due to the six-feet social distancing rules that remain as recommended guidance to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, only 10 people will be allowed to board fixed route buses and trolley rail cars and only two people will be allowed onboard MATAplus vehicles. Please note that extra buses will continue to be dispatched on key routes to address the issue of frequency and to serve customers who may have to wait longer at bus stops and bus shelters due to the 10-person limit.

FACE COVERINGS
In addition, MATA strongly recommends that customers wear masks and face coverings onboard all MATA vehicles and at the MATA Transit Centers.

TRANSIT CENTERS
MATA will reopen the Airways, American Way and William Hudson Transit Centers on June 21 until further notice. Social distancing – adhering to the six feet rule – will be strictly enforced. Special signage has been installed (this includes floor stickers). The restrooms will reopen but will be limited to one person using the restroom at a time. The following new lobby hours will be posted in highly visible locations at each Transit Center. The American Way Transit Center will be open 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday. The William Hudson Transit Center will be open from 6 a.m.-9 p.m. on Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday. The Airways Transit Center will be open daily except from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Please note that each Transit Center will also be closed during the day for additional sanitation.

The Main Street Rail Line will operate from 6:45 a.m.-12:10 a.m. Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-12:10 a.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m.-6:10 p.m. on Sunday (operating every 12 minutes). The Madison Line will operate 6:45 a.m.-6 p.m. from Monday-Friday, from 8:15 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday (operating every 30 minutes). There will be no Sunday service.

MATAPLUS SERVICE
The MATAplus paratransit service will be available from 4:45 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday. As a reminder, social distancing will also be enforced onboard MATAplus vehicles so a limited number of people will be allowed onboard.
