Lehman-Roberts Company promotes Richard Moore to director of business development

Lehman-Roberts Co., a leader in the highway paving, construction and aggregate industry, has promoted Richard Moore to Director of Business Development. Moore most recently served in project management for the company. He reports to Pat Nelson, President of Lehman-Roberts Co.

As Director of Business Development, Moore is responsible for working with the company’s asphalt production customers to find solutions for their material and construction needs.
Moore has been with Lehman-Roberts Co. for the past ten years and has served in a variety of roles, including Director of Asset Management, which managed the company’s continuous improvement efforts. Prior to joining the company, Moore worked for XM Bank and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC.
Moore graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Additionally, he received an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Moore currently serves on the board of Mercy for Memphis.
