JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT NAMES PHIL DOTSON AS SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
 
Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South has hired the nonprofit’s first-ever Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships & Government Relations. Phil Dotson, a community leader with a decades-long track record of success, officially joined the organization on September 30. Prior to joining Junior Achievement, Dotson served in a variety of leadership roles with educational, sales and governmental entities including serving as partnership director of Memphis-Shelby County Schools division of College, Career and Technical Education (CCTE); business services supervisor for Workforce Investment Network (WIN) at the City of Memphis; and area sales manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Dotson earned his B.A. in accounting and business management from The University of Memphis. His various community engagement activities include serving as a youth counselor with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity’s Guide Right Program; serving as a member of the West Tennessee Workforce Development Local Planning Council and serving as a participant and graduate of Coaching on the Run.
