Hollywood Feed, a top-tier natural and holistic pet food and product retailer, was named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Retailers for 2022. Moreover, Hollywood Feed, which has 180 locations across 19 states and is headquartered in Memphis, TN, ranked number one in the pet care category.

Behind the scenes, Hollywood Feed has robust operations in place to support its 180 brick-and-mortar locations including a sophisticated e-commerce platform, a centrally located 180,000-square-foot warehouse with leading-edge technology, and a fleet of 17 tractor-trailer rigs that distribute the majority of products sold in its stores. Hollywood Feed also offers Curbside Pickup in all its stores and Same Day Delivery (in about an hour after the order is placed) via its own fleet of delivery vehicles, driven by company employees.
The 2022 America’s Best Retailers rankings were identified from the results of an independent survey of more than 10,000 U.S. customers who have shopped at the retailers in-person in the past three years. The top retailers that received the highest scores in their category were awarded by Newsweek as America’s Best Retailers 2022, based on the likelihood of survey participants recommending the retailer to friends and family and their ranking in the following areas:
- Products: measures the quality, price, range, and variety of products offered in-store.
- Customer Service: measures the friendliness, helpfulness, and availability of employees in-store.
- Atmosphere: measures the general atmosphere, lighting/illumination, music, cleanliness of stores.
- Accessibility: measures the parking availability, store hours, convenience of store location.
- Shop Layout: measures the order that products are displayed, aisle size, product presentation, mannequins, store size.
