Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC Announces Three New Members
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, February 13, 2020 – Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC, one of Memphis’ largest law firms, is pleased to welcome three new members to the firm: Emily Huseth and Taylor Davidson at the firm’s headquarters in Memphis and Benjamin West at the firm’s office in Oxford, Mississippi.
Huseth holds a B.A. in political science and Hispanic studies from Rice University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Employed as an associate attorney for the past decade, she has worked at Harris Shelton since 2015. Now a member at the firm, Huseth’s practice areas include health care, professional liability defense, and business and commercial disputes. She has represented clients before state and federal courts in Tennessee and Mississippi, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court.
Davidson, who holds a B.S. in government and public administration from Lipscomb University and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School, was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2011. He was working as an associate attorney at Memphis-based The Hardison Law Firm in 2017 when it merged with Harris Shelton. As a member at the firm, Davidson represents clients in medical malpractice defense, general civil litigation, and health care and commercial law, and provides estate planning, trust and probate services.
West earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Mississippi and a law degree in 2009 from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He’s licensed to practice in Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas. West joined Harris Shelton as an associate in 2017. Now a member at the firm’s office in Oxford, Mississippi, West practices in the areas of general litigation, including healthcare, construction, real estate, financial and criminal law.
