Eclectic Eye promotes Rebecca Allen to team lead

Memphis, Tenn., November 20, 2017 – Eclectic Eye, a Memphis destination for optometry services and stylish eyewear needs, has promoted Rebecca Allen to team lead. Allen reports to Lindy Faulkner, retail manager at Eclectic Eye.
“Allen’s more than three years as eyewear architect has prepared her to take on this new role that not only actively expands our inventory, but also focuses on growing what we provide to our customers,” said Robbie Johnson Weinberg, director of operations and co-owner at Eclectic Eye. “We look forward to all the great things she will do for our customers and our company in this new role.”
As team lead, Allen is responsible for inventory management, which includes product displays and building relationships with vendors, as well as new staff training, event planning, patient flow and sales. She has previously served in management roles in merchandising and human resources departments. Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts in fashion merchandising and a minor in marketing from the University of Memphis and is American Board of Opticianry (ABO) certified.
