Workshop: Applying DEI to Your Company’s Customer Service Strategy

Dr. Mary "MJ" McConner - founder and principal of Inclusive Excellence Consulting - will be facilitating a new diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workshop series collaboration with BBB of the Mid-South

All workshops are free for BBB Accredited organizations. 

The first workshop - Applying Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to Your Company's Customer Service Strategy - will take place on February 22 from 9:00 to 11:30 AM at 3693 Tyndale Dr, Memphis, TN 38125. 


Great customer service is key to the success of any business. This interactive session will focus on how businesses can enhance customer service through inclusive engagement and optimize for client accessibility by accommodating the diverse needs of customers. Additionally, workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn how companies can capture a new market by developing and implementing an equity-centered customer service strategy.
