International Wholesale Design and Distribution Company has an immediate opening for a Client Services Representative Northeast Region and Key Accounts
Responsibilities
•Customer inquiries often involve some form of issue. The customer service representative must have product knowledge to resolve this issue in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
•The Customer Service Representative will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence
•Handle high amounts of incoming emails and calls
•Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
•Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
•Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
•Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options and follow up to secure resolution
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Responsible for all order entry in your territory from several marketing programs.
· Provide product or service information to assist customers in their design decisions
· Follow up with sales leads and Possibly assist customers with inventory selections.
Clerical Tasks
A Successful Candidate will need proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, top organizational practices, time management,
•written and verbal communication skills,
•Strong phone administration skills and excellent listening capabilities
•Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
•Strong attention to detail
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively· Other duties include processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.
•Well versed in Microsoft Office
