 As Co-founder and Managing Principal of Consilience Group, a mission-driven women-owned professional services firm, Traci catalyzes transformation of organizations, systems and communities through shared commitment to bold goals for social change. Traci blends her passion for social change, creative skills and broad experience in multiple sectors to design and lead strategic planning, management consulting, organizational development and training for local, state and national organizations. She supports the Consilience Group team in helping public sector, philanthropic, corporate social responsibility and non-profit clients ignite, align and mobilize “people-centered services” that expand opportunities for people from all walks of life to enjoy physical, mental, social, and economic well-being.
 
In addition to her work in Shelby County, Traci supports national system transformation to improve access to comprehensive resources that impact health and well-being, including affordable health care, economic opportunity, housing, and food. As such, she currently serves as the National League of Cities’ lead technical assistance partner for its Cities of Opportunity initiative, where she builds capacity of city leadership teams for comprehensive strategic planning and partnerships to strengthen access to housing, economic opportunity and other health-building resources in their local communities. She also provides organizational development strategy and capacity-building for the American Cancer Society to deepen health equity work throughout its enterprise, and also serves as health equity faculty for the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine’s Policy Fellowship program.
 
Prior to co-founding Consilience Group in 1999, Traci designed and led national innovation and organizational change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Apple Computer, FedEx, MasterCard International, and MCI Telecommunications. She began her career as an award-winning independent filmmaker developing innovative partnerships between arts and education organizations.
