Last month, Three(i) Creative Communications announced the expansion of its team and its move to Downtown Memphis. The Black-milennial-led social impact firm added four new creatives in Memphis, Tennessee and Washington, D.C., including a Multimedia Designer, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager and Account Manager.

“Organizations and brands are more committed to doing good than ever before. These everyday superheroes are combating everything from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic to a divisive political environment in one of the most important election years of our time. So naturally, they have come to us to be their creative sidekicks, and we had to add more do-gooders to the team,” Three(i) President Kenneth Worles said.

With recently added accounts including the Marquita Bradshaw campaign for U.S. Senate and the national chapter of the NAACP, Three(i) moved its office from East Memphis to the Memphis Medical District in the middle of Covid-19. The address is 1294 Madison Ave., Memphis, TN 38104.

The new creative sidekicks are:

Kevin Thompson is a Multimedia Designer at Three(i). Based in Washington, D.C., Thompson specializes in developing nonprofit and public sector design strategies from a public engagement lens.

Kaila Matthews is the Operations Manager at Three(i). Based in Memphis, TN, Matthews is a logistical mastermind by day and Doula by night. She has an extensive background in accounting and strategic education.

Brianna Smith is the Account Manager at Three(i). Based in Memphis, TN, the Clark Atlanta alum has a background in journalism and communications in the arts and has worked in production for music artists, the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Married to Medicine, and Bring It!

Diamond Young is the Business Development Manager at Three(i). Based in Memphis, TN, Young has worked in Sales and Account Management in Digital Advertising for the commercial real estate industry for almost a decade. She has also consulted as a Manager, Coordinator, and Assistant in the live event industry for YouTube, the Annual Legislative Conference, and Apple Music.
