Richard Sullivan to lead Neel-Schaffer's Tennessee Operations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 11, 2017) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Richard Sullivan, PE, has joined the firm and will manage the company’s Tennessee operations.

Sullivan will be based in the firm’s Nashville office. Neel-Schaffer also has Tennessee offices in Murfreesboro, Jackson, and Memphis, and it is ranked 177th on the Engineering News-Record list of the nation’s Top 500 Engineering Design Firms.

Sullivan has 20 years of experience as a Transportation Engineer and Project Manager. He worked the last six years with The Corradino Group in Brentwood, Tennessee, and prior to that he worked for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, where he filled a variety of roles from 1998-2011.

As Tennessee Operations Manager, he will oversee our four Tennessee offices, plus provide business development services throughout the region.

Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from Tennessee Tech University.
