Rachel Lepchitz Joins Orion as Director of Marketing & Business Development

Rachel Wheat Lepchitz has joined the Orion team as Director of Marketing and Business Development. In this role, she leads strategic planning for Orion’s marketing, business development, and community partnerships in both the Memphis and Little Rock markets. Rachel comes to Orion from Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where she served as a Senior Marketing Specialist. She also brings previous experience with credit union marketing, having served as the Director of Marketing for Texoma Credit Union in Wichita Falls, Texas. Rachel is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and began her career in broadcast journalism. She holds an M.A. in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University.
