(Memphis, TN) – REALTOR® Linda Ash has joined Marx-Bensdorf. As a Broker Associate, Linda brings nearly 20 years of successful management and real estate experience working in both residential real estate, commercial properties and new construction. In her career, Linda has built successful real estate practices in two markets (Memphis and Florida). Prior to returning to Memphis, she served as Managing Broker of an internationally branded real estate office in Sarasota, Florida. A proven producer, during her first year in the Memphis market, she and her husband, David, sold more homes than any other agent in the history of the company with which they were affiliated.

Linda earned her undergraduate degree in business management from Troy State University in Alabama and went on to achieve her Masters in Education from The University of Memphis. She is a former Memphis City School teacher, Instructional Technology Director for Memphis City Schools, Regional Director for Scholastic Education and Director of Distance Learning for St. Agnes Academy. She leverages her extensive technology expertise to effectively market and find homes for her valued clients.

Linda is a member of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (via which she has previously achieved Multi-Million Dollar Club status), the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
