Lehman-Roberts Company promotes Jarod Riles to general superintendent

Lehman-Roberts Co., a leader in the highway paving, construction and aggregate industry, has promoted Jarod Riles to General Superintendent of its Northern Operations. Riles reports to John Paul Finerson, Vice President of Northern Operations.

As General Superintendent, Riles is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction operations, including paving, grading and milling. Riles works closely with project management to facilitate customer needs and ensure regulatory compliance is met. Additionally, he partners with safety personnel to ensure both employees and the general driving public remain safe at all times.
Riles joined Lehman-Roberts Co. 19 years ago in an entry-level position. His commitment to continuous improvement earned him increasing responsibilities, including equipment operator and paving foreman, before being promoted to general superintendent. Riles’ father was a long-time Lehman-Roberts Co. employee. This along with the opportunity for growth and family-oriented culture are what attracted him to the company.
