inferno, a full-service advertising, public relations, design and digital marketing firm, has appointed Lauren Berry as public relations account coordinator and Von Ralls as web developer. Berry reports to Beth Wilson, public relations manager, and Ralls reports to David Zachry, interactive manager.
“Lauren’s journalism background makes her an excellent addition to our PR department, and we look forward to watching her grow in this role,” said Dan O’Brien, agency partner and director of client services. “We are also excited to add the talent and experience that Von will bring to our digital team and the agency as a whole.”
As account coordinator, Berry supports the public relations team by developing client press releases and announcements, expanding media lists, managing and monitoring daily client coverage, and assisting in developing social and traditional media content. Additionally, Berry provides event support and planning for client events across an array of industries.
Berry recently received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Memphis. Berry was an active member of her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta, and studied magazine writing for a semester in Florence, Italy, through the University’s study abroad program.
Ralls has a background in web development and IT management, using these skills at Memphis companies like Barbell Shrugged for three years and Crew Training International for nine years. Outside of work, Ralls runs marathons and ultramarathons, and is a part-owner of Olive Branch CrossFit in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
