MEMPHIS, Tenn., November 20, 2018 – Black McLaren Jones Ryland & Griffee, P.C. today announced that firm member Jana Lamanna has been inducted into the 2018 Class of Fellows by the Memphis Bar Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Memphis Bar Association. The 2018 Class of Fellows was recognized at a reception Wednesday, November 14, at Crosstown Concourse.

Attorneys and judges across the Mid-South are nominated to become Fellows in recognition of their distinguished service to the legal profession and their adherence to the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct. Lamanna joins other firm members who were previously inducted, including Black, Mike McLaren, Vickie Jones, John Ryland and Will Cochran.
In her role as member, Lamanna practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, with specific experience in family law, including surrogacy law, probate law and medical malpractice defense.
Lamanna was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2018® for Commercial-Litigation and has been listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers – Rising Stars for Family Law. She is currently an active member of the Leo Bearman, Sr., American Inn of Court, a member of the American, Tennessee, Memphis and Missouri Bar Associations and formerly served on the board of directors for several local organizations, including the Memphis Bar Association, Junior League of Memphis, Playhouse on the Square and Dress for Success.
