Baptist to Host Free Educational Seminar on Domestic Violence at Central Library

Memphis, Tenn., March 9, 2017– Baptist Memorial Health Care will host a free seminar titled “Silence Hides Violence” on Thursday, March 23 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library at 3030 Poplar Ave. in Meeting Room A.
Grace Hilton-Young, patient advocate with Christ Community Health Services, and Jordan Howard, director of communications and development at Family Safety Center, will lead an in-depth discussion on how to identify signs of domestic violence and how to help victims and their families.
This free seminar is part of Baptist Memorial Health Care’s Healthy Living Speaker Series, which is held at Central Library on the fourth Thursday of each month.
