Position Summary
Buckman is a forward thinking company that has invested heavily in Microsoft. We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional who is capable of adapting to a wide range of computer environments, end-user personalities and is very familiar in the Microsoft Stack.  Interpersonal skills are a must because you will be working daily with basic end users all the way up to executive level.  This is an active role within Buckman because of the modern workforce that we are applying.  You will have exposure to a lot of teams and you will be learning something new everyday with the ability to apply your learning. 
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Level I and II IT Support with rotating after hours support
  • Document all technical procedures and users guide as well as keep them up to date as technology changes
  • Install desktop hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, operating systems, and standard applications. This includes installation and relocation of devices, as required.
  • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
  • Follow standards for devices and software and report any non-standard installations of software or hardware.
  • Work with networking and server staff, as required, to provide proper end-user connectivity to the network, servers, and applications/systems.
  • Work with other departments as required, to provide input and support for department specific applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on any authorized Systems devices as requested by user.
  • Manage thin client devices in manufacturing
  • Manage printers for manufacturing and corporate office building
  • Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite meetings and make recommendations where needed.
Essential Job Requirements
  • 4+ years - Experience as an IT professional with a broad IT exposure
  • 4+ years – Service desk or support experience
  • 2+ years - Experience with Windows 10 OS deployments and upgrades
  • 2+ years - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with entering in tickets and tracking work done
  • Knowledge in Printer management
  • Knowledge in Active Directory
  • Broad knowledge of IT disciplines
  • Positive attitude and happy demeanor
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Able to self-manage and be a team player
Nice to have
  • 2+ years - Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure Active Directory
  • 2+ years - Familiar with the Microsoft Roadmap around Modern Workforce
  • 2+ years – Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Thin Client management
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
