As Co-founder and Managing Principal of Consilience Group, a mission-driven women-owned professional services firm, Traci catalyzes transformation of organizations, systems and communities through shared commitment to bold goals for social change. Traci blends her passion for social change, creative skills and broad experience in multiple sectors to design and lead strategic planning, management consulting, organizational development and training for local, state and national organizations. She supports the Consilience Group team in helping public sector, philanthropic, corporate social responsibility and non-profit clients ignite, align and mobilize “people-centered services” that expand opportunities for people from all walks of life to enjoy physical, mental, social, and economic well-being.
