Description: No one can escape experiencing troubles and crises.  2020 brought with it long hours at home focused on personal and professional responsibilities, blurring the lines between work, home, and school.  It also highlighted the reality that the best way to handle troubling times is to move through them.  Learn ways to remain healthy and resilient through trying times, as well as recognize the signs and symptoms in yourself and your employees.  Believe it or not, balance is actually a myth... so learn how to focus on harmony, instead!
