We'll walk through a process to build a vision and ensure there is synergy to make it a reality!

To build synergy throughout the company, the nature of the employees or teams need to be understood and managed. We will learn about the DiSC Profile, a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. The vision will be supported with building the synergy of its people.

How will you know if you have reached "the bar" if you don't have "the bar" defined? Management suffers when employees fail to perform and then complains about their deficiencies. Employees think they are doing their job effectively or complain they did not understand expectations. This section will answer the questions to help both management and employees.

Many managers and supervisors dread coaching or conducting performance reviews. Yet, coaching is the one component that will protect and guarantee synergy, performance and vision. If you follow the steps in this session, you will be able to coach and develop employees to higher levels of performance.
