Latino Memphis Festival / Festa do Brasil
Festa do Brasil at the Latino Memphis Festival, presented by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is a high-energy festival where Memphians can escape to a cultural paradise celebrating the richness and diversity of Brazil! Enjoy interactive performances including Brazilian-infused Zumba and breathtaking Brazilian martial arts Capoeira. The highlight of the festival will be a spectacular parade by internationally recognized UT Martin Ensemble followed by a sizzling Samba performance by world renowned Brazilian Passistas who will bring the Carnaval energy to the heart of Memphis, something not to be missed.
The Festival also features the annual Cinco K Mayo 5K, a one-mile Family Fun Run presented by ServiceMaster, soccer clinics and contests in partnership with Soccer Ole, a Salsa-Making Championship, Kids Carnaval Corner presented by Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, and a Carnaval leather mask decorating workshop. Shop arts & crafts and take a cultural journey at the Brazilian Pavilion. Stroll through the marketplace and make sure to bring your appetite for Brazilian BBQ and your ID for a Caipirinha, the national cocktail of Brazil!

Ride your bike to the park, ride the Roo, or carpool to the fest!
Bike valet parking available. First 75 bike riders win a prize. Plus, the Bike Smith Truck will be on-site to offer tune-ups! Ride the Roo for $2 and park in close proximity to the park. Shuttle route and additional parking sites to be announced.
