How to Manage the Sick Employee
Employers struggle with employees who often are late or absent. Excessive tardiness and absenteeism can be a drain on a company financially as well as due to the impact on employee morale. Outright termination may not be the solution due to the intersection of the many laws at play in this area. Through the use of practical, real life scenarios, our panel will lead the way through the pitfalls of this complex area.
